Perfect addition
The 16" has a lot of forward weight. The factory grips were to small for my hands. The oversize not only look much better but improve grip and shoot ability and accuracy. Great grips at a very reasonable price.

Good Fit
These oversized grips fit very good, however the finish is not anything spectacular. They almost look like there's no finish on them at all. I can always some tru-oil or some type of finish myself, but just assumed they would be finished.

Altamont oversized Rosewood grips
First thing I noticed was the quality of the wood, after removing the original grips and installing the Rosewood grips the feel in hand was night and day,my pinky was not lost in my grip, trigger pull and recock of hammer was smoother for next shot, I will now bring my cowboy pistol with me every time I go to the range, my wife even liked the look and feel in her hand, this upgrade is 2 thumbs up ? ?
