Very nice looking. Firearm fits well. Wood is not very substantial. Probably will not survive any abuse. Mostly for show and not protection.

I'm a big Lonesome Dove fan and was really happy to find this box. I'ts a good (not great) quality item that is definitely worth the cost. I covered my box with semi-gloss urethane and think it improved the look and protected the wood surface.
