The pvd finish looks great. If you have any one of the rough riders, you should buy this very inexpensive base-pin, and let me tell you, it really dress up the revolver dramatically.

the gold pvd base pin
its a beautiful thing on my new revolver. it was, at first a little difficult to slide in. only due to the pvd finish. the cylinder pin hole is meticulous in its hole size a just a mere scantily pvd finishing was at first little difficult to slide in. but careful Polishing the base pin and it went right in and my new revolver shoots even more accurately. who would have thought. lol. i love the look of all the pvd gold finishes, plan to do more gold on gold guns. you should too.
